AUTOSYNCHRONISER RELAY

Teknika autosynchroniser relay is used for paralleling of gensets by matching voltage, frequency, phase angle and zero crossover, internal settings for speed of closure (fst, medium, slow) and breaker close timings. Relay gives a breaker close signal and locks itself out preventing further commands. Raise / lower signals for frequency and voltage can be used to increase / decrease genset speed and AVR outpur voltage. Upto four generators can be synchronised by building control logic to synchronise generators one by one.

 

CHECK SYNCHRONOUS RELAY

Teknika check synchronous relay is used for manually paralleling of gensets by matching voltage, frequency and phase angle. Zero crossover can be detectedmanually. Check sync relay gives a breaker close indication.

Generator breakers are to be closed manually.

 

FREQUENCY BALANCE RELAY

Teknika Frequency Balance relay is used for matching frequency of two generators and generating a high or low signal. The pulsed high or low signal can be used to increase or decrease the frequency of the generator. Frequency matching indication and raise lower signals are also available.

 

CENTER FREQUENCY RELAY TE 742

Teknika center frequency relay is used for matching frequency of 50 Hz. A preset 50 Hz is compared to incoming frequency and a high or a low signal is generated. The pulsed high or low signal can be used to increase or decrease the frequency of the generator. Frequency matching indication and raise lower indications are also available.

LOAD BALANCE RELAY

Load balance relays are used to balance sharing between two generators. The Master genset power consumed is measured and compared to the follower power consumed. Relay generated a raise speed signal when loas in follower is lower than master and similarly the lower speed signal when follower load is higher than master.
